	New Vice President The UK leadership welcome Robert Vass who has volunteered to take on the role of Vice President. He will be our main technical lead. Robert has wealth of experience implementing and supporting Cisco UC and managing a converged network.

	Presentations available Members can now log onto the resources library at www.ciptug.org to view and download the presentation materials from the UK Chapter Meetings.

	International Committe Leader Ciptug UK welcomes Paul Handley to the Chapter leadership. Paul will lead on liaison with other chapters and prospective chapters as Ciptug seeks to expand across Europe.

	Leadership Changes Gerard Gough has resumed the role as Chapter President. If you interested in becoming Chapter President or Vice President please contact the leadership team.

	Sponsorship Opportunities Ciptug UK chapter are able to offer sponsorship opportunities to the Cisco partner community. We are seeking sponsors for promotional material to help us increase awareness of the user group and encourage more people and organisations to join. Please contact us for more information.

CIPTUG UK Chapter Summer Meeting - 18th June 2010

Join us at Freemasons Hall for the Summer meeting of the UK Chapter of the Cisco IP Telecommunications User Group (CIPTUG).

At this Summer Meeting Cisco will be presenting on “SIP Trunking and Beyond”. Verizon will be discussing “FMC a carrier Network approach” and Verint Systems will be presenting “Making customer contact pay – the benefits of a workforce optimisation approach”

Also, if time will allow, we will be able to have a guided tour of our venue.
