Feature Advocacy Committee (FAC)
CIPTUG and Cisco have developed an ongoing process to collect and address member requests for new product features. Through the FAC, CIPTUG voting members have the ability to electronically submit product, feature and system requests and enhancements. The requests are prioritized and analyzed by all voting members, then incorporated into Cisco’s product development process. To date Cisco has implemented over 100 feature requests, demonstrating their commitment to supporting needs and concerns of CIPTUG members.

CIPTUG Annual Conference
Annually members join together to share ideas and experiences at the CIPTUG “Members-Only” Conference. The conference focuses on customer case studies and best practices, Cisco Systems IP telecommunications products, and Cisco IPC Partners’ complimentary applications.

Local Chapters
Members who participate in local chapters interact directly with local Cisco representatives and local Cisco IPC Partners as well as with CIPTUG members in the same geographic area. Local chapters provide an excellent venue to personally exchange ideas, discuss best practices, and raise concerns and questions related to the workplace.

Users have access to all "Members Only" areas of the CIPTUG website where they can find almost everything needed to help in the day-to-day process of managing a Cisco IP telecommunications environment.
